Best outdoor strain

well i have just grown super lemon haze it is 23% thc, and i made a wopping 750g off my last plant

Did you grow your SLH in the ground or pots? If pots, what size pots did you use or how big of a hole did you dig in the ground? Also did you start inside or outside from seed or clone?

i grew it in 4.5 gallon pots and i germinated inside put them transplanted outside
im in souther OC cali.

I have always been a fan of outdoor Maui. Easy as fuck to grow, great yield, great smoke, great bag appeal. Year after year after year I see this strain do amazingly well outside. I have one Maui plant in my back yard thats doing great and I couldn't possibly recommend it more. Im thinking about doing a 20-25 plant "secret" grow with all 5 gallon buckets and I will probably be putting Maui in those suckers. Some other great outdoor strains - Pineapple (long buds, weighs up big time), Snocap (colas bigger than my arm), and Afwreck (easiest strain on earth to grow/clone). I have used the GH Flora Nova line before and loved it. Well man I hope do well this summer and be happy with you're choices

Side note- Last year two of my buddies did a ~20 plant guerilla with some in 5 gallon buckets and some in DIY log-cabin style boxes. Almost all the plants were Afwreck with maybe 4 or 5 Mauis. One Maui in a DIY box (maybe 5-10 gallons) yielded over a pound. All the ones in 5 gallon buckets were at least half pounders. All the Afwrecks together only yielded like 3 pounds but it was some fuckin chronic.

i'm in az and my nirvana white widow is kicking some major ass and almost double the size of some strais right next to it that is the same age

I went with an outdoor mix from homegrown fantaseeds. They are 6 weeks old and are looking pretty good. Started off with 7. 2 didn't make it past seedling stage (indoors) and one got dug up shortly after I moved it outside. Of the remaining 4, only one looks "sativa like" and is probably my best plant. If you are in SO Cal, you can probably get away with something sativa or sativa dominant since the grow season is longer, but an indica will generally be smaller and more stealthy. It's really up to you. Most strains will do well outdoors. I also have 2 Northern Lights from Nirvana going which is an indoor strain, but my plans for an indoor grow fell through so I had to move them outside. They are looking pretty good too so far. I emailed Nirvana and they said pretty much the same thing, that most strains will do well outdoors. Seems like it is a lot easier to take an indoor plant and do it outside, rather than take an outdoor strain and do it inside. Point I'm trying to make is that if you see a strain that catches your eye, but it says "indoors", it will still probably be fine outdoors.whats a good or the best outdoor strain? i have purple kush, cheese, and T.S. and i would like to grow 2 more. any suggestoins?

Forget all of what these fucks just said. Just kidding, I'm sure those strains all work great outside, but honestly you should look at Arjan's Haze #1 by green house seeds. It has the highest yield I have seen of any plant ever, up to 1,500 gram, im sure you would get about half that unless you had it in a green house, I'm kind of noob so i wouldnt know for sure. But anyways i bought just ONE seed at www.thesingleseedcentre.com for like 10 bucks and they gave me 3 freebies: Rocklock, Sharksbreath, and Sourcream which is like 80% sativa, the others about 80% sativa. Arjan's Haze #1 also has an astounding 22.3% thc. I'm sure this is a kick ass sativa, can't wait to find out. Also Arjan's ULTRA Haze #1 - up to 1,300 gr 21.6 THC and Hawaiian Snow - up to 1,200 gr 23.7% THC. If you are looking for some good yields those should surely be a fit I'm sure they taste decent too. u can buy them from pick and mix seeds try to buy feminised they are much better for only a bit more price, also try growing outside because they thrive
