Best place for "cheaper" beans +rep

OK great. Trust me, I don't like to argue either. Just want to get the truth out there. Quality genetics is available online for very reasonable prices but in general as price decreases so does your assurance of getting killer bud in the end. You have to know where to look and if you seek bargains you must be even more careful about your choice. Sorry for my short comments earlier it's just that the bitter diasapointment of doing everything right on a grow and having a bland finished product due to inferior genetics is still fresh in my mind and I want to spare others the trauma.
I understand the disappointment. You think a seed company is good and then you get burned it sucks. Thanks for the heads up though. If ur plants are any indication that high quality and low cost can indeed be found together then I'll all over it.

Bout every weekend subcool puts some of his strains for sale @40/pack on bidzbay.

There's no reason "cheap" "beginner-friendly" and "top breeder" can't go together. There's no reason to compromise on your first grow.

I guarantee you (anyone) will wish you spent the extra ten bucks at the end of the season when you're smoking nirvana hay and could be smoking TGA dank.
Thats exactly what I was just telling mared juwan. Cheap and high quality is possible if you find the right connections. Thanks to growers that have done the hard work already. I hate to get burned by people...doesn't everyone?

What kind of high are you looking for?

I have a few ideas...

singleseedcentre.com ships individual seeds of many different breeders to the us. That will let you try out many more strains for your money. Then if you find something you really like, you can go ahead and order a whole pack if you wanted.

In my experience seed boutique is consistently cheaper than attitude, especially once you figure in shipping.

If you like sativas, check out satori by mandala. Very easy and quick plant to grow, high yields, and an excellent, long lasting high.

Subcool's gear is pretty reasonably priced, and a couple of his strains are @ right at the top of my wish list.

As mared juwan mentioned, cannacopia has an excellent rep, but I have not tried them myself.

KC's strains get very mixed reviews, make sure you research whatever specific strain of his you want to order first.

I am guessing with your 5kw of lights, that this is a commercial grow. I would recommend getting a few individual fem seeds of several different strains, then see which one is most popular where you live.

Well personally I like a narcotic/euphoric high. Sativa fills the bill in alot of ways for that as well as early harvesting of indicas (as I'm aware). As far as what I want to grow, I want a high producer. Northern Light, Big Bud, Medi Bud....AK47 among others.

IMO single seeds are a marketing scam...there's no way to evaluate a strain based on a seed or two.

Also, IMO, kc brains is shit but I'd rather buy it then support Gypsy

The thing that really scares me most about buying a single seed is what happens if it doesn't germinate:cuss:I'd be pissed.

I would suggest looking at subcool/tga, JTR or JB may interest you, but I am unsure about their yields. I have heard big bud is mediocre as far as quality goes...I suspect AK47 may be popular in a collge town, but chronic would likely yield a little more.

Good luck with whatever you decide. I'm starting to think strain shopping is my second favorite part of growing.

I was just throwing out ideas, single seeds are obviously not going to give you as good a representation of a strain as a 10 pack would. But it does let you try several varieties pretty cheap, which is what this thread is all about.

I've noticed quite a few people who are unhappy w/ gypsy, but lots more who love SB. Have you had trouble w/ them in the past?

I agree attitude is a great source. The only thing about attitue is that they are simply middlemen for everyones seeds. Now they have a super rep for customer service and for getting the beans to your door, but they are a little limited since they aren't a breeder. However if you know where to look with attitude you can find the cheap deals on some great seeds and thats the reason for the thread. :joint:

Rollitup wouldn't let me give any more out hence the fact that everything after yours didn't mention +rep anymore. If they let me give more I'll be happy to.

I could be mistaken, but I think riu only prevents you from +rep the same person twice in a row. The message says something like "Please spread some rep around before giving it to * again." I think you must +rep 30 other people before you can give it to someone a second time.

If you are getting some other type of message, please disregard this post.

Howard I was going to disregard, but decided against. Just so everyone knows rollitup sent me a message saying something like this: "no more reps can be given out as I've given out too much and now need to wait". As far as giving out to one person more than once the message is something like this: "you've already given this person rep. You need to spread reps around before giving them rep again" Trust me they don't cost anything but a click. If I could give it out I would.

I would reccomend the www.hempdepot.com

I have placed 3 orders in the last 3 months alone and all have arrived within 5 days of recieving the payment.
Brad is easy to work with and has some great strains at great prices. I have been growing multiple types of TGA and Joey Weed beans and the genetics/prices are great. Im very happy with the results.

The Leprechaun, Federation, East Island, and Cannacopia beans they offer are all priced very well. (They all look interesting but I have no experience with the strains personaly.)

The hempdepot is getting some great reviews here. Better than any other, since attitude isnt really a breeder.

Hemp Depot isn't a breeder either. But the guy who runs it actually test grows the seeds he sells and makes sure everything is quality. He is more selective about which breeders he sells and makes a good effort to ensure everything he sells will result in satisfied customers. I actually know of several instances where he has chosen not to sell particular beans because he wasn't satisfied with them in his test grows.

I believe thats a rare quality these days. I've just read so many horror stories about people ordering seeds and either not getting them of the seeds not germinating or sprouting. Thats why finding a resonable and high quality seed outfit is so important.
Like I say "you can't polish a turd". So if you start with crap seeds you most definitely are gonna end with weed.
