I bought from patrick once, I have no problem with his clones even though they were pathetic looking they soon turned into monsters. I don't think patrick wants to do business with me and its mutual, I don't mind being snubbed once but twice I will not tolerate and will not buy from him again. I spoke my mind and told him he was not reliable and he took it personal (truth hurts) .
I don't find it hard to find clones and strains that I want but I think I'll soon start from seeds

I don't think patrick runs the clone store but he is known as the clone guy. If he had a business I could go to and shop I wouldn't mind buying from him but he doesn't and he's just not reliable, I follow certain schedules and if he puts me off for a week or two if totally fucks up my schedules.

I hear you about being on a schedule and a week or two order window is a pain in the ass! Anyone tried La Conte's Clone Bar? I hear good thimgs and legit strains or susposed to be.
Also I posted on CL for some special genetics / pheno type I am in search of and an MMC responded to me and said they had exactly what I wanted. So far they dont, and I think they are total bullshiters but I am not going to out them just yet. I Still am wanting to give them a chance to do what they said they would do, talk about getting the run around.
I will let everyone know how the CL story goes once its complete

the problem with clones is, you can name it anything you want and no one can tell you different until you flower her (or him. heard a bad story once of a guy buying 20 clones from somewhere, 1/2 were males). it's finding the honest folks that are not just out there to make a buck, but honestly care and give a crap

The reason I will only run from seed or mothers that I know have been grown from verified seed is that you can never guarantee what you are getting from the centers. Loompa's Headband clones...Ghost OG Kush clones...707 Headband...I've seen it all sold here in Denver, and grown a few to realize that everyone is out for a quick buck and no one had what they were stating it was. I'm stereotyping, but the majority of the cuts out there are shit because they want you coming to them for medicine. You're never going to find the Grape God clone for sale, or Bio Diesel or anything else of value to the centers for that reason alone.

I got 3 clones from Strawberry Fields in COlorado Springs. They were $22 each with tax, were guarenteed to be bug and disease free. So far they are looking great you can check my thread. 2 afgooey and 1 grape ape. I went in about 5 days after I got them because they put my bud on the shelf and I was impressed, if my plants are anything like the bud they had on the shelf I will be satisfied. There should be no reason you ever get a male clone from the dispensaries.

i hope you got the real Afgooey, she is a true 'elite' that many won't give up (I just chopped down a full table, avg 13oz wet each @ 3'). if it's her, she likes to be topped/scrogged and once the rootball is well established, she'll take a nute pump well during flowering, finishes in 9-9.5wks. finishing should look like this

Ouch, that is rough. I am sorry to hear you had such a shitty experience! First time I fucked with him I picked up some sick genetics. Big order too. Personally man, you need to try this Tangerine Dream. It is a cutting directly from the cup winning mom. This guy has loose connections with DJ Short too. Best Flo pheno I have seen. This is 1 guy! I recommend you give him a shot. Much more professional than Patrick.

just outta curiosity how do you get a plant out of the netherlands or europe foyr that matter out of there customs into u s customs? As in ref to the cup winning cut of tangerine dream? (I smoked from someone claiming to have the same thing, crap) and, neb, you have been uping those guy for weeks w no pics, and no finished product reports... We like those types of things here. Makes us feel more comfortable dealing w u in the future. Finally, what happened between bud patch and mars?? Anyone, anyone?? Guys??

it could have been acquired via tissue culture easily enough, but the likelyhood of it happening is another thing (not saying it didn't, just VERY few people know how to do tissue culture successfully). as for Tang Dream ..... I tried a pack of the beans, had some herms, stretched too much for my liking and style.

personally, i didn't think it stood up to 1/2 of what I have. your cuts of QTrain and SpaceBomb, our cuts of the DP, Afgooey, Golden Goat, Maui sativa, ChocoChunk and pre-98 Bubba IMO are all better then the TangDream was (and they don't toss herms). her stretch was like the SBomb (10" test clone stretched to 42"+ before I chopped her down for tossing nanners)

Tissue cultures, man! I will have pictures worth a shit soon. Just built a new garden/new pad. I have 42 hash plant in cups, picking up 5 tang, 5 flo and 40 durbans tomorrow. When I have them all set up in my new veg area I will post pics. Hopefully later this week. I don't have any pictures of finished product, sorry. I have been smoking outs and greenhouse from cali. I get it way cheaper than dispensary herb. Want pictures?
