Portland, but there's a lot of hipsters and hippies. In a lot of bigger cities there's racism towards white people, in portland everyone seems to be fairly level headed and not racist in any way.

Why yes I would like to and then rebuild this country from the rubble laying on the ground. There isn't enough people with the balls to stand up yet its going to take the country turning to damn near 100% shit before anything happens.
