I didn't read the whole thread but I would like to put forward the suggestion of Orange County, CA. It a haven for scared white people and there is no better place for a scared person to be than with their own kind.

Many people there live behind security gates in cookie cutter communities with regular armed patrols. If it wasn't obvious already by their herding instinct I will tell you that are predominantly conservative republicans or T baggers. Probably damn well armed too.

As much I think myself as a great driver I am aware running 3 wide @ 200 MPH is scary n takes skill, I have no interest ...the most impressive thing bout NASCAR is 120 degree temps n pissing in your pants.
