best plant not flowering??

12/12 switched a week ago. 1 was male a few have a hairy pistil but my best and biggest has yet to show sex. is she bashful or could there be a reason?

Sometimes takes up to 10 days after 12/12. For me its mixed some take 6 days some took 14.
