best soil mix for outdoor growing?

hey i'm looking at some soil now, 21% nitrogen or 10% and add some blood meal? what would be my best bet?

25% peat moss 25% compost and 50% potting soil

ask 20 people get 20 answer. i use 1/3rd high quality potting soil 1/3 vermiculite and 1/3rd perlite. It allows the roots to breathe well and and holds moisture to the point I hardly ever have to water.

ok but my question was, should i go with the higher nitrogen or the lower nitrogen enriched soil. i'd assume higher, but what will be too much
