Best strain breeders or seed banks? RQS vs Sweetseeds

Anyone that can tell me how big is the difference IRL between companies like Sweetseeds and RQS?
I want to order some "red hot cookies" from Sweetseeds, just because of that nice color, but i'm not sure about their other feminized seeds, if i want something potent as a supplement too?
Maybe i'm just getting this perception because of RQS's very well put together website. Is the potency, quality etc really that different?

Stay away from both those seedbanks, they have nice websites and that's about it. Go with trusted breeders who have legit cuts. Look into CSI Humboldt, Archive, Bhodi, etc. . .I would go with green line organics seedbank, there cheap. Get a pack of seeds from CSI, he has alot of cookie crosses.
