Hey I see you using raindrip sprayers.. how long you get those to go before they clog?. I know I had problems with inconsistent spray patterns over time.

120 plants veg 2 weeks, 1 gal bags, coco coir, botanicare nutrients,2 flood and drain 4x4s, 60 plants in each, 2 600 watt hps, hortilux bulbs, 2 pounds 8 oz every 2 months, strain: blue dream. That's what I used to do when I grew sog.

Running the same strain for a while now, I pull 900 + grams off of my plants every 50-55 days. It took me a while to get those numbers to what they are. I've been told 1 gram per watt is better but the genetics of the plant will only allow 1-1.25 oz per plant in the SOG setup with the 4-6 day veg time I give them .

One 1000w DE covering a 5x5 tray. Plant are 18-24 inches at harvest.

in the 5x5 did you notice you got more of a yield when you use less (25) or more plants (36) plants? and what do you use for the blue dream, the rock wool or hydroton? you should do a journal! lol

I'm gonna have the room for it, like a high celing and I gotta cover 250sq/ft, (not sure If i'm gonna go 500SQft) with multiple fixtures. And I wont have a plant limit, Multiple 5X5 trays..

If your gonna do SOG with DE look at the sun system air cooled DE, if you think you're gonna have issues with heat. Those DE's are kinda tricky, I guess you gotta keep em hot

Very rarely had a clog----because of the filters I used----2" pvc cross, three holes covered with 1000 micron stainless steel screen (pic in my journal). Because of the tube panels the spray line was very easy to get to.

Nice!.. Yeah my problem is over time the minerals or whatever blocks some of the orfices over time. In my aeroflo knockoff I ran the returns over a stack of filter media of progressively finer screens that was about 4 inches thick (dont ask me micron size). Granted it did take a long time to start seeing a clog but it still clogged.
