Best temps to set water/towel for seeds you want pop

Im pretty sure ive had my best results of popping seeds in water about 22-25 degrees.
that means an overnight soak in tap water then paper towel method.

Its been cold around here for a few weeks, have my seeds in water for a 12 hour soak and will place in paper towels tomorrow. Just not sure if the reptile mat gets too hot it will kill the seeds.

I am still looking for the guy picking up all the seeds outside and putting them in paper towels to germinate. Fucker keeps planting weeds where I don't want any.

If your soaking in tissue room temperature is perfect.

i set mine on top of water heater under a towel and they pop pretty quick.
