best time to flower

Ok well i was curious, as to the best heaight you should flower a plant? does this matter i mean when do you know?

To my knowledge you can flower almost whenever, but dont expect much from a small plant. People will flower small clones only about 10in tall or so just to find out the sex of the original.

how much would you get off something 10 inches? lol just curious im gonna put some pics up of mine..shes bigger than 10 i think not sure a grown one though no clone
