go grab a 100 ft extension cord from harbor freight, and a 100watt (actual 27w) cfl bulb with clamp reflector. It will cover a 10 X 10 area if hung above. give your plant 2 hours of extra light every day until june and you will be good! ...growers love!

That was straight into the ground that year. I was trying to find the pick of the stalk. Thing was massive, but the santa ana winds came in and dusted the entire thing. In the pic its kind of leaning already.

I live in the Central Valley my seeds for summer grow were in the ground Easter Sunday. I grow outdoors in the winter they sprout get about foot high and start flowering. The bud is so scrawny do to the lack of sun hrs but I just turn them into the soil mid February for compost. I love this hobby.

Look back to the spring in any of the outdoor grows on here.

Use a link like this one to find out how long your days are.

Research the strains you are wanting to grow as to when they flower, then decide when it's safe to put them out in the spring. Adjust your light schedule to mimick outdoor conditions for when they are going out to lessen the shock.

Lots of your neighbors try to get them outside by late April or early May.

That was assuming you are going to veg inside with lights. You can plant your seeds a couple months before they are going out if that is the case. If you are total sunlight, you will need to wait until the days are long enough the strains you chose will not flower when they reach sexual maturaty at 4-5 weeks old.

If I were you, I would try a few bag seeds a couple weeks early, just so you can learn what early flower is all about without messing up you store bought seeds.

My entire grow is completely fucking totaled because I listened to advice from so-called experts who invented this bullshit phenomena they call fimming. It does nothing except fuck up your growth and cause severe delays in the growth of branches and nodes. It also totally fucks up the shape, appearance and strength of the leaves. Then there's this business of when to plant. It's all wrong and now thanks to their bullshit I'll have barely any bud at all. That's if the spider mites don't come back and I have to throw everything away because yes I can kill the mites; I can fry those motherfuckers with SM-90 but what good will it do to have burnt up mite corpses still clinging to my buds?? Most of them fall off but enough don't.
Fimming is fuckin awesome you trippin b

I stuck clones outside from indoor 16/8 on may 5th in the north Bay Area in 30gals in a hoop greenhouse and they were fine and finished 8 feet tall each. Yielded just shy of 2lbs each after lolipoping three times so there was no popcorn come harvest. Also fimming works for me. Gotta use it correctly for shape but it works. Topping does slow growth slightly early but they bounce back

Fox farm six pack all the way! Gotta use RO because our well is crazy hard and high metals
