Best time to water during flower?

What's up, ya'll. First time poster - glad I've found my way here, it seems to be a great resource

Quick question: in your opinion, what is the best time to water during the flowering stage? Before, during, or after the light cycle? Or does it even really matter? Simple question, and probably a dumb one, but would be hugely helpful.

When the lights first turn on is the best time.

From what I been told, when lights flick on.

Give the plant that extra full days worth of light to work with it.

Simple enough - that's what I've been doing so far and seems to be working - just wanted to see if I could "optimize". Thanks

yea, i always try to water right when lights come on. I also use a foiliar spray when lights come on, Liquid light from Dutch Masters.
