Best Training Technique

I currently have a Fem white widow and a fem c99 growing under 6 40w 48" 4100k floros and 2 13w cfl and 2 40w cfls. My space is about 4x4x8 so size isn't much of a problem but I am not sure how I should go about training them. I defiantly am going to top them but I am not sire if I should do anything else with them LST,Scrog, and so on. Where I only have floros I think that scrog or lst might be the way to go but I am unsure and that's why I am asking all of you who have more experience, I will also put a poll up is I can figure it out with your overall favorite training method. Thanks in advance.

this is what u should do,

LST first, then top, the results will be a bushy ass lady

i like to "pinch" them but the best u can do is take some good clones off the plant ..like a good main stem and some branches comming off of it..bury it in your soil up to the branches and let it grow out a bit ..it will be a "trophy" plant when it's done........

I top, pinch or supercrop, LST all the way through their lives, and have them grow thru my Scrog.
