Hid would be the way to go but you can get good results with cfls.. Mix up the spectrum

I always use 1000's. The smaller the light, the lower your yield. If your gonna spend the time and effort... you might as well make it worth it.
If money is a factor... then just figure out a way to bunch up a shit load of CFL's.

Mh or cmh training or topping can all keep your plants short and bushy. Cfls will get you some bud but the more you want the more light you need.

CFL's cant penetrate bushy plants. If you want bushy, get a HID light.
A better place to start is with a book. Since your new to this... you dont know the correct questions to ask. Start with reading... then ask your questions from there. Trust me on that one. Just trying to help.

You don't need loads of threads about the same thing. If you want more advice than you have been given, or have any related questions, post again in the same thread and that will bring it to the top of the forum, giving more people a chance to notice it.
All you are doing now is annoying regular posters, who will eventually stop giving you advice, due to your excessive amount of threads and your lack of response to advice in threads you have already made.
