best way to clean your glass pipe?

whats a good way to clean your glass pipes?
i have heard that boiling it in water will work, but that stinks up the house/room so im told. are there any other ways?

No no no no. Rubbing Alcohol works for me!
Pour it in, shake it around.
It'll be clean in 5 minutes!

pack it with salt and put it in a cup of rubbing alcohol. the resin will ooz right on out.

I bought some organic cleaning stuff from the local headshop- it was cheap and made to clean glass organically.
... haven't used any yet... too lazy.

soft soap bleach, qtips and if you have a skewer that would be good for the neck... comet for the outside of the bowl is good too and make sure you rinse and dry really good.

I need help.. i have 6 10 day old plants.. i have a grow room but dont have the funds to utilize it so i have to go with the outside old school style any suggestions?
