best way to determan sex?

im planting a few seeds soon, im going to need to know which are female. whats the easiest way to know? its my first grow

cant know until they show either pre-flowers after about 4 weeks in veg or actual flowers during flowering

i near somebody on the forum sa that u can put a opaque bag on one of the branches and keep it fot 12 hours in dark and 12 light so then u can see on that branch only what sex it is

If you have a separate flowering area, you can take a clone and flower it. That will show you sex, and you will also get a little sample of the bud to help you pick out the best mother plant.
