Perhaps you've never heard of mailing clones? People do it all the time to share genetics.

wouldn't do this at all . Sending clones in the mail might sound kool but when it comes down to it ...... that is using the mail for Federal crime. Very punishable. just because you are going from one medical state to another doesn't make it legal. Using the MAIL SYSTEM for a crime is worse.

If you overnight them just take them fresh put em in ziplock with moist papertowel or rockwool around base...then obviously in a box so it wont be crushed. I have driven cuttings across the country this way with no problem.
