Best way to treat / prevent scales parasite?

plant was outdoor during veg stage, now indoor under 250w. 3 weeks into budding

these scales have just started forming. want to get rid of them quick and prevent them from returning!

try sevan either powder or spray. good luck, i have the same punks on my plants.
