Best white strain?

Which strain produces the best smoke and yield?

Can you also include what seedbank the strain belongs to please?

Its really difficult to decide with there being many different strains and also seedbanks I have no idea which ones I should be looking at.

Seriously, the best is determined by you. You can get some kind of information by reading others experiences growing and/or consuming it, but those people will not have the same perceptions of taste and smell, or tolerance to THC, that you do. There are things in this hobby that we must all learn for ourselves.


There are ways to be more informed. Do your homework, visit the seedbanks, read descriptions, find strains you like and visit growjournals growing what you want to grow. If you have specific medical needs, searching for that can also help narrow the choices by seeing what strains others use for a particular condition.

not a fan of white widow, so i never really bothered with white strains until just recently...gave White Rhino a go for medical reasons...

I appreciate what you say and quite agree...So to rephrase my question, can you advise which seedbanks I should be looking at and which I should avoid, specifically around the white strains? For example you read about some strains from particular breeders that are renound for low success rates when using seeds, or which are prone to hermi etc.

I thought I would get a response along the same lines as yours, I just thought with it being quite a common strain, there would be someone who has tried more that one breeder or are aware of particular breeder strains they would avoid?

I've decided on seedsman ww as can get fem seeds from them. Still need ideas for other beans to grow at same time :idea: anyone suggest strains preferable to grow along side ww?

mmmh i don't know if you're doing the right choice growing widow from seedsman..have you considered the rhino from nirvana?

WW from seedsman are shit.
The reg was ok though. His Nemasis though is awsome (pic in avatar)

I just got some Alphakronics Eisbaer white hybrid

But if you meen a widow hybrid, check Mrnice seeds, Medicine man,Black widow

Oh man.... I'm really struggling here. A child in a sweet shop is the way I'm feeling, but I don't know if I'm buying chocolate :-o or liquorice :spew:

I want to grow indica dominant. I'm probably going to grow two strains in a sog setup. Can you suggest a seedbank and/or strain? Of course I'm looking for a fab smoke but also a strain with high yield potential.

I would get mr nice but want to grow fem seeds and they don't offer them.

Tbh my minds not set solely on ww and im really open to suggestions. As mentioned above I'm just after a strong (very strong :-o) indica which ideally has good tendency with regards yield.

id be sure you research the company before buying fems some certain companies have high hermie rates such as duth passion cali connection and greenhouse....ive used attitude they always come through and as for white strains i can say i just grew some whiteberry and that was pretty good paradise seeds makes it and i one little male flower that produced 4 beans other than that no issue 5/5 germ nice growth cant complain...not the heaviest yield ever not bad tho, also i can say white label is pretty good for white strains as well idk if they have fems though

connoisseurs genetics has very nice fem strains..they're dank for sure,very resinous stuff. if i have to pick some fems i'll give em a try

I LOVE GreenhouseSeeds GREAT WHITE SHARK....
very easy to grow... very forgiving when you get it all wrong.... very good yield....
doesn't smell strong at all until you have cut and harvested (which is great for discreet grows)...
lovely looking shark tooth leaves... most photographed Cannabis strain in the world!

I luvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv it!

Cheers for the feedback and advice guys... I'm finding it very difficult to pin down any relatively consistent reviews of any particular strain and breeder that are positive, il see some which advice constantly ie aurora indica that it is easy enough to grow etc, but then seems to be let down on smoke report.. I still want to grow some whites, and also some cheese and blues, but I'm thinking my next grow might include la confidential and lemon og kush both by DNA. What dya think to that?

Ive just grown some og kush by reserva privada and if they end up anything like that I will be over the moon! :bigjoint:

Shark Shock Mr Nice (I had to research figure this one out) we grew her as White Shark 12 years ago

White Rhino Serious Seeds or MR Nice (MEdicine Man) we grew MR Nice

Ok now my all time Fav White was a WR male x White Shark (Shark Shock) female....

To my last most, I'm sure GHS is the reason Shanti changed White Shark to Shark Shock

Its not that I've not the passion or time, or I wouldn't have done what I have to date. I realise I am slightly restricted by only using fem seeds but there are loads of fems out there so figure why not take the easy route on this one :-) and make life that bit easier for once :wink: Surely some good fems can be recommended!

I hear the lemon og kush is pretty new so don't think many if any people have experience on this one, but from what I hear the la confidential is worth a gamble..... Im still not finding confirmation as to good whites other than miss phoebes gws I need to research a bit. I remember smoking some white and it was some of th best stuff I ever had, it pisses me off I don't know the breeder and exact strain....

So purely fem beans- what whites should I look at and avoid?
