Between 34-35 Deg Latitude and Plants are Already Budding

i am between 34-35 degrees latitude and my plants are already starting to bud.I started them inside under 24hr of floro and moved outside after bout month at about 6 inches tall towards the end of april and now they are starting to bud. why are they budding? did i put them out to early? they usually dont even start to bud until august around here. what should i do? they are in 3 gal growbags about to get moved to 20 gal smartpots.

Sounds like Santa Barbara area. Going from 24hr light to around 13hrs was probably too much of a change for them. They went out a little early. If they have started to bud now, take it from me and throw them away and start over. Right now is the perfect time to plant outside, so get yourself some new material and start over. This happened to a few cuts I received from a friend last year. He placed them outside in pots too early, and they started to bud just like yours. I kept them around just for fun, and I wish I hadnt. They ended up super larfy, short, and an overall waste of space.

really are you sure they wont reveg and bud again when they are suppose to? i dont have that many new seeds or time to start over. anyone have any ideas on this.

Trust me on this. Go get some clones and plant them directly outside. There is no way to save them. I have first hand experience with this.

Your days are also shorter than mine up around 38th parallel, and I never got reveg. Not enough time. You also have to realize that you are barely getting more than 14 hours of daylight on your longest day (June 21). Revegging takes weeks with 24 hrs of light.

You are not getting it, man. The clone is still going to be in flower mode. Chuck them and get new ones.

Gotta watch your daylight hours. We've got supplemental lighting going in the greenhouses right now can't take it away till about June here. An early pre-flower like that can really stunt the growth.

I would dump them personally. It will take much less time for a new clone to grow up then a plant to revert. Reverted plants also tend to mutate a bit and yield less.

the plants are 1.5 to 4.5 feet tall you still think im better off scrapping them and starting from seed as i dont have access to clones.

my question now is i have 12 females and i was planning on putting them in 20 gal smart pots and with the soil and guano will cost me $500. im trying to decide if these plants are worth using all my good soil (30 bags of 1.5 CU FT roots organic soil) what is y'all's opinion on that?

dump them or keep them now is what im trying to figure out? guna start new seeds but what should i do with these girls and if i don't start any for another week will i be late or do you think i will have plenty of time to veg at my latitude between 34-35 deg. thinking i should go straight outside as seedlings or should i keep them under cfls for a couple weeks?
