EDIT needs work on many things. They are very sloppy for being professionals... I have used them three times. Every order was out of stock and still I was charged first, then sent an email saying sorry but due to popular demand blah blah, we don't have what we claim to. They responded to emails but clearly lied with some of the funniest excuses I have ever heard. They are so disorganized that I was refunded back double what I paid for and shipped the same order twice meaning I got 2 packages of the same stuff ;] I would tell everyone to stay away from EDIT until they get their shit together if that ever happens... Don't let their High times magazine ads suck you in!

i would never order beans from them. i've ordered bongs but thats about it.
always seemed like an odd place to get beans.

I would say pretty much the same thing. I have purchased several Roor pipes from them and they arrived swiftly and were everything they were claimed to be, but I would never consider ordering beans from them.

I got 1 order today(dna chocolope $28 shipped) and the other order Friday(glass). I am now just waiting on the backordered AI. EDIT is ok in my book.

I don't think Edit is out to intentionally rip anybody off but they do need work. I ordered once and had the same partial fill of my order with same bs excuses. The beans have matured into some very nice girls but there are definitely issues edit needs to resolve before I'd ever think of ordering again.

i bought some lemon stinky and malonica (crazy x seeds) and got them relatively quickly, they had free shipping and a nice sounding selection of freebies at the time. got the order within a week of them recieving the cash and the (admittedly quite stealthy packaging) had a note inside saying the freebies would be following shortly...they never arrived. other than that though no complaint.

i've always ordered from edit and never had a problem but im still waiting 3 weeks for my last order and im in the u.k.they havn't answered my emails either.so i've accepted that i probably wont see that order so im gonna make an order with attitude over the weekend,i hope they dont fuck me about aswell.it aint cheap buying seeds.

I have been a lurker for a while now ;-) lurking around..... I have bought off both attitude and everyonedoesit and if I am going to be honest I ahve always gotten my stuff from both, in fact I seem to find EDIT to be quicker on delivery. So I have watched this thread with interest as I wanted some Cali Connection and female sounded good to me I love my little ladies ;-)

So I emailed the guys at EDIT and got a response from them really within about an hour, dont know if I landed lucky there... ;-0 anyways they said basically what you guys have been saying that the seeds are not feminized, it appears therew wqas an oversite by one of the guys there, who knows! But they said to me they are taking them down. I think they have now took them down.

I dont think Cali do feminzed seeds...... mistakes happen.

Anyone recommend a real couch lock of an indica for me?

That glass I ordedred early november still isn't here.. supposedly they have everything but they never told me they shipped it yet

I just resend emails every other day they don't respond.. seems to work :lol:

Similar sort of situation, past 3 orders I made all came fine, +freebies, put in 1 coming up to xmas using standard class shipping, (with the benefit of hindsight this may have been my mistake) and felt like I was waiting ages.
Phoned up to inquire about my order and truth be told those guys were awesome. They did highlight that the delays in post were due to weather conditions and the backlog with the couriers, not happy but understandable I guess.
None the less they resent the same order after 30 days and threw in some beans for the inconvenience as I am a 'loyal' customer!

After all my complaining I have to concede, I will be using them again as I haven't received a rivaled level of service elsewhere (from the 2 other unnamed seed banks).
I have experienced some trouble with stock recently but I guess they are really busy atm and as far as the cali beans go I just seen them advertised as regular seeds, so I would like to assume it was just a mistake on their part, as from MY experience these guys do seem very customer orientated and I can't really advocate them as scam artists as I felt treated very well.
On top of it all my original order came 4 days later... so double result... but shhh! lol

I dont want to name and shame the guys I have had trouble with, but positivity breeds positivity and I thought these guys despite their recent failing are actually quite good, but that me :)

I agree positivity breeds positivity, lets not forget the weather was awful around xmas time! I got load sof stuff late from amazon, play etc in fact amazon fucked up delivery of my order big stylee :wall:

So even the big boys get weather troubles, and call me dumb but if I'm not getting deliveries then I am sure Attitude and EDiT are not getting deliveries either, its one big knock on effect...... fucking weather

On another note I seem to have a personal email address from someone at edit which isnt on their website I dont want to put it on a public forum but hey if you PM me I can give it you or email me direct for it

i have done business with them recently.first order came after like 3 weeks...had cracked bean.i emailed them and after 3 days they finally emailed me back saying they were shipping it out that day,that was 12-11-10.wtf.DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ,and the reason for cheap shipping is it dont come for almost a month.

They need to be more well known as a seedbank that does not send out your stuff and has very horrible business practices. Maybe they burn a tad bit too much at work...

I stated in the past this company reviews comes in waves. There are times people rave about them, then the beware reviews come in, and after awhile it goes back to being a great company. The cycle is repeating again it seems.

If thats the case then they should be avoided completely still you feel me? Who would want a 50/50 chance of getting their stuff when they could get it 100% sure thing from like attitude or high grade seeds. I took a chance messing with EDIT and never again but I learned. There are plenty of other good rep'd seedbanks/breeders but highgrade and attitude are my 2 at the moment.

I feel you, your preaching to the choir brother. Every company has it's share of complaints and raves, they are just pretty damn consistent on their business pattern. My memory may be wrong on this next statement. I think they had an affiliate banner here and at other sites that talk about growing. Some, but not all, people who clicked through the banner were added to their "Growers do not sell list" if wanting to buy seeds because they didn't like the growing content of the hosting sites.
