They may have turned scammer.
I have placed three orders with them for nutes. Their prices are cheap but their shipping cost is so-so.

My first order...I noticed it was sitting pending (money charged) for about two weeks. I e-mailed them and was told they did not get a system message that payment was complete and they then sent the order. OK, it happens...

My 2nd order a few months later. Same thing, I e-mailed them, got the same kind of response, and the order was shipped.

My 3rd order made at the first of this month. 15 days later I see it also sitting on pending. I e-mailed them and no response. I e-mailed them a 2nd time a fews days later and no response.
I then e-mailed them a 3rd time using their on-site contact page in case e-mail addys had changed...NO RESPONSE!
Looking today, Still pending and no shipping or tracking info.

If I don't see any change in my order status by the end of this month, I will be taking the e-mailed invoice to my bank to initiate a charge back.

I gave them the benefit of a doubt three times, and it seems this last time it has bitten me in the ass.

Beware of this company.

Well, after having to call them on the phone (and the name they gave answering the phone doesn't match the web site name), they had no record of my order...But they had my money as I have the bank statement to prove it.
I told them, on the phone, what I had ordered and the nice sounding girl said she would take care of it, even though they were out of stock on what I needed. She said she would call me in a day or so to let me know my order shipped. She called back two weeks later and said it was on its way.
I get it 36 days after placing the order, and it is missing stuff!
I e-mail them and even send them a fax about the problem. Not a peep out of them.

Fuck them! Do not do business with these people! You will only have frustration. When I called them, it sounded like I interrupted a house party. They did not come off as being a legit business.
What is really messed up is my original order STILL shows as pending, but I got some of it. They don't even show they shipped anything and just won't respond to e-mail or faxes.

SCREW THEM! Everyone beware of this company and feel free to spread the word.

P.S. I just found the on-line Better Business Bureau. You have to love the ease to report bad businesses.

Man that sucks, but after the 1st or 2nd screwed up order, I wouldn't have bothered with a 3rd.

they are excellent.
I went to HTGs store to get em to price match some stuff and they got pissed off because they thought my list I came in with was bull shit,
till they pulled up the site, even then they couldn't match their prices.

Thanks Bud, glad to have been some help, sorry it wasn't sooner.
This was the 1st place I ordered from, they also ship in plain brown boxes that just say they r from "CH"
so there is no give away other than if it's liquid.
Also if you want to know about other places, I use these

http://www.businesslights.com/ - good for fans and filters, I got mine there, BUT they sent my 40# carbon filter in the same box it comes from the mfg in so the UPS guy saw what I was getting, so I bet he wondered what the fuck I needed it for...

For seeds I've only used attitude seeds thus far, 1 time and Im waiting on my 2nd which should get her Monday and then I'm ordering a 3rd.

I have had a surprisingly good week. The BBB contacted me via e-mail a few days ago saying they accepted by complaint and would be contacting the business.

This morning there was a box on my step with what I was missing from them. No invoice trying to show it was a shipped back order, no message about the problem, not even a thank your for my business. Just an addressed box with my missing stuff. They probably didn't think someone who "may be growing something" would have the balls to make a formal complaint from getting ripped off.

So this PITA purchase is over, along with me ever ordering from them again. I still say to anyone reading this, avoid them at all costs.
