Update:
Still struggling with an on going issue. Thought it was ph do I sprinkled lime on the top soil and watered in 3 days ago.
Today I gave them a half to full strength feed because I thought they might just be hungry.
My reasons for thinking that is because the plant I've got in the ground ( which I've only fed once apart from blood and bone, and like two waterings) started showing the same signs. Here's a photo of the ground plant

80% of the girls are flowering, so I'd like to get this sorted. Hopefully they take the feed I gave them.
EDIT: I water once, wait 3 days, water again then feed 4 days later. Only half strength.
