lighting,ventilation, fans, cooling , electrical supply & setup, your fav. neuts, commercial yielding strain, room conditions, hunidifiers and dehumidifiers, , smell filters, chiller?, anything you think of just go for it.
keep it realisticly what you would love to have and factors are same as life, cops,smell, and electic co. and no neighbors for miles and all this is in a basement. lets see what you got

timed drip wastering system for extra water(homemade of course)

venting system that exchanges air in room in 1 min
dehumidifiers
a/c or chiller havent decided
2 carbon air filters for the dankety dank dank smell lol
and a trimming machine for those beautfulllll buds
around 40-50% humidity

sectioned off area for clones in a misting room with 1-600-watt mh-24 hours for 2 weeks
rockwool medium in a hydro system for good root growth
then put in soil for vegging
around 80-90% humidity

vegging- 18/6 after that
10 or so 1000 watt mh
only a drip system no need for heavy boost of neuts until flowering with ebb& flow system
about 2 month veg and a continuous flow of bud every 8-12 weeks depending on strain
around 50% humidity

all rooms will have 18" fans for flow except clone room lol no strong air for them
balasts in seperate room closed with good venting and air
keep room around 75 during "day"
around 68 during "night"

havent decided on electric either go in a "shaddy" direction
or generator dont know yet..

any opinions welcome and love to hear about other setups on the larger scale and lets see what you would do lol

Sounds good, but what strains?

is there a difference in yeild betwwen a drip system and dwc given the same conditions

the strains are debatable so far im thinking something with a norther lights cross, or just a good yielding plant. heres a few im thinkin about
big buddha cheese
b52
critical mass
serious seed- chronic
ak 47
and white widow -well actaully nr.nice black widow
these are the strains i have been lookin into and so far the top of list is the
chronic and black widdow but i would love some input and past expiriences of large grows no small grows because its easier to comtrol 5 plant compared to 2 to 4 undred lol

dwc is way different, that is a type of hydro set up IMO hyrdo will yield better but i have no LARGE hydro expirience hence the "play room " im gonna set up
and the drip i am using is just so i can automize watering so i can leave for a week at a time if i have to and to make watering and fertilizing easy for me. i am still using soil and dwc has a hydro medium.

curently im in soil alsoe and now im planing a new growroom something like 6000-8000w and i wana make it as low maintenance as possible so these look soo good> IntelliClimate Grow Room Controller,Intellidose Complete Dosing System,i have some chronik finishing in about 2 weeks,the strains i would recomend would have to be white russian-serious seeds and euphoria-dutch passion

oh thank you for those + rep, also i have used dosatrons and dosematics and there is an easier and cheeper way for me lol just my your neus in the rez or have a seperate rez like i am going to do and just switch the hose from one to other depending on feeding or watering you dont need a doseing system IMO but W/e makes you comfortable is the best for you. thats the truth nothing is better than peace of mind lol
