Big BIG BIGGG, could be better, help me plz

only 6 weeks in..

for all my knowledge ive been doing well...got the right lights right soil right pots ,almost right seeds (bag seeds), and right conditions. Although i need some advice on TECHNIQUES to bud big and grow high up and not out, width constrictions in my box build...gotta gro up and not out, but dont want to cut back on bud...wanna cut..forward?

ANY TECHNIQUES you would like to share?
