Heavy defol last night on my auto this morning I see this!

Perked back up ready for light. With the combo of defol and shaping branches, almost every future bud site is now in direct light.
Now that wasn't hard was it, and your plants will benefit and thank you and reward you for what you have done. I do it a bit different, but do it your way a bit at a time so that you feel comfortable with it. But I bet after a couple of grows you will become scissor happy and you will remove those leaves without any concern at all.

On course Buddy!..........It looks like they won't need any kind of defol my friend as plenty of air and light are going to get to those lower buds and leaves. Try clicking on full image after the progress bar has fully loaded next time you post a pic and you will get a full image in your post!

I didn’t want to take off too much so I took a little at a time.

Well some I took one leaf off and some I took both and some I left both

Then I know what I need to do next time

Personally I don't like to remove any leaves whilst in veg, but I do top after the third true leaf. I wait till week 5 of flower then they all come off.......Kapow! Probably LST training is better for plants in veg rather than removing leaves.

Well now my grow is getting towards its end I must comment on how happy I am with my new Invisible Sun 150 Quantum Board LED. My plants and more specifically my Buds are defo bigger harder and look more colourful with very bright purple hues mixed with green and orange. It has also helped with temps and humidity in my very small tent, but that is not important with this strain as it is very tolerant to changes in temps and humidity. I still like HPS bulbs and I won't knock them but with a maximum tent height of 160cm (63 inch) the HPS with a reflector would not leave much height space so the LED is great as it is only 1 inch in height which then obviously leaves me with more height space to work with...........Happy Days Peeps!
