Almost looks like too much light/heat the way they are curling.
I thought the same although it wont be too much light as it was only under 200 cfl watts when this curling started but now its under my 600 watt hps. And im also not too sure about heat so all i can think of from what ive read is the plants could be trying to loose moisture

Any chance the pots are to small for the plant? Perhaps beginning signs of root bound? I usually consult "The Growers Handbook" with my problems, here's what it says for leaf curling:

What's the Relative Humidity in your tent? What temps are you getting at canopy level? That's where I would start checking stuff. Did you increase watering with the larger light? Nice plants!

My weather station broke so at the moment i am not measuring anything, the only way i am checking the light is by putting the back of my hand by the canopy and it feels prittygl good to me (no difference to when it was under cfls)

Im not sure to be honest by i doubt itll be root bound as ive done an outdoor grow in these exact pots and it went fine with no hiccups. Theyre about 10ltrs maybe abit less

Day 1 flower
So i trained mostly all of them down now to allow better light distribution to all the other new growth sites.
