Hello what are these flies and what are they doing? They just sit on the top fan leaves and when disturbed fly off and land back again

i gave her some miracle grow time release crap a while ago and i believe it gave it nute burn as i added alot and since i havent added any.. could it now be starving? ive also tried removing alot of the pellet likes things (the miracle grow)

It could be a burn if you gave her that miracle gro crap. I would never use any kind of miracle gro fertilizers on my ladys.
I would not feed her for a few days and just water her
It also looks like your plant is the restaurant for your local pests.. i would suggest neem oil

ive read that neem oil can be dangerous to humans and i dont want to use anything too strong because of my dog. any organic remedies you can reccomend?

yeah, if your dogs prone to eating neem, or the things its sprayed on I'd avoid it. unless you see your dog suddenly enjoying eating neem trees in the wild....so yeah

do you have to wait a certain time after using neem oil for it to be safe for harvest?

But its more time consuming than hard thats why i recommend it, my friend
Not everything about growing is easy peasy
But you can spray it on your buds if you dont want to go through all that work
