Big plant or big problem?

Hello everybody. I'm currently in the middle of my second grow ever, I got 2 northern light autos from 00seeds. They are under the mars hydro tsw2000 pulling around 300 watts. Medium is DNC water only living soil been giving them well water around a gallon every other day as of now and they are in 5 gallon smart pots. Humidity is around 48 to 50 at the moment and day temps are holding at 78° and lights out it's around 67 to 64. Light schedule is 18-6. Ok think I've covered it all as far as set up goes lol. Issue is we are on day 54 and the plants look completely different one is around 12 inches and has good bud formation and they are starting to swell nicely...the other one though seems be stuck as far as bud development but has grown well past the other. She has tons of white hairs and has trichomes smells and everything just isn't making buds like the other. I'm planning on riding the wave with her in hopes that she's a late bloomer or something. Funny part is she stunted bad right out the gate looked like a fresh seedling for well over a week was only a couple inches tall when she showed sex then BOOM she took off as far as growth goes. I guess I'm just looking to see if anyone has ever seen an autoflower go this long without any real bud growth or do you guys think she'll just take longer. I can see visible growth in the pictures you posted. Do you have pictures of the other plant? It's probably just different pheno's. Northern Lights tends to take a long time to finish. Either way, the plant doesn't look unhealthy so I'd ride it out and expect that one to be a late finisher.

Yea that's what I'm thinking too and I've already noticed some bud growth since yesterday. Here's the other girl I tried my hand at some LST with her and I'm sure that's why she's so short. Had a something going on with her 2 weeks ago that caused some of the older fan leaves to get some brown spots that look more orange now. But the issue never really spread or get bigger. Thinking maybe a cal mag issue or something I have no clue lol.
