Big Problems in pre-veg

Hi i have transplanted my rooted cuttings of ghs exodus cheese into my iws system but in 3 weeks they havent grown they in groups of threes under 125cfl, when i first transplanted them i didnt know but my buddy had put too much nutes in the iws resevoir so a week later i had a high reading on my truncheon so i drained the resevoir and filled up with just freshwater and nothing else but they seem to be getting worse i really need some help what can i do to revive my plants i went today and i had a reading of 0.5 on my truncheon.
Can anybody please give me some advice on how to salvage these ladys.
i have a few pics of them 2 weeks ago to show you how much they havent grown if anything look a little worse.

I like your setup. I just use old empty paper towel rolls, use aluminum foil to seal up the bottoms, and fill with coir. If I'm out of coir, I'll even use a fast food cup and plain tap water. However, I usually also cut the leaves in half to promote root growth, but it's not required.

As long as they remain green they're still alive and I don't worry. After 2-3 weeks it's normal for them to start turning a little yellow, but again if overall their green and not becoming brittle or dropping down they should be fine. The thicker the stems the longer they take to root in my experience.

If they still look like how they are in the photos, then they are fine. Remember, they don't need any nutrients. Just fresh water changed out daily or you can use the same water if you have an air stone pumping oxygen into the system.

When you clip or trim leaves it promotes faster root growth? If so when would it be the right time to do this to the plant? Sorry, Thanks tho!

Dont clip or trim healthy leaves mate, it will promote faster growth in areas but will slow in others. plus the leaves catch light, shade new growth from harsh light and provide nutrients. You will just stress her and slow things even more.

might be a little hot. and dry. clones that are rooted are not strong enough to support them self right into planting. they need moisture in the air since there is not enough roots to bring water up. i have not cloned marijuana but i have cloned tomatoes. they just need alot of moisture spray some water on them and than cover with some type of plastic to keep the moisture in.

They should have growth after 3 weeks tho if they were rooted on transplant as the OP says
