big problems

It started after I transplanted, I made the mistake of transplanting into 5gallon pots my lil guys didn't like it! It took way too long to dry out almost 7days its been going down hill from there, the new growth curled up bad, and I started foliar feeding them and it got worse more curling of new growth, should I try to transplant them in 3 gallon pots, need help

This can be an issue this pot too big starving the plant of O2. Also sounds like a bad transplant prob because the plant wasnt rootbound before hand causing shock. Nothing you can do now just make sure the room is under 80 no watering, feeding or foliar until you see improvement. Next time use more perlite in the mix and make sure its rootbound before transplant.

No because the plant is in shock and that will tip it over the edge. Acouple of years ago i did the same thing (noperlite in a big wet pot) they were drooping like umbrellas and would not drink, but in a few weeks they perked up and finished well.

Sooo ishould stop everything and let it dry out I gave them 2 litres of water yesturday.. And see what happends there's a lot of curling of the new growth, and some of my fan leaves are getting really rusty and dry, anotjher guy said folliar feed every other day to keep the leaves moist, I should stop this, and should I get rid of the rusty leaves, my other question is should I feed tthem when the soil drys

some questions- are the leaves curled up (over fertilization) or curled down from not being watered? If they can go for a week without being watered, how much did they grow? it makes me think they are too far from the light or not getting enough light. if they get plenty of light you should have to water almost every day

Thjere sixteen inches away I have a 400 watt mh in air cooled silver star shade, I think its a transplanting problem not a light issue.. Not enough air to the roots.

I recommend against foliar feeding. Weed has an efficient circulatory system connected to aggressive roots. Let your soil dry out before trying anything else, is my advice. cn

What soil are you using? My instinct is to say "underfed" but it could be other things, and those need to be treated differently. cn

I would suggest that job 1 is letting the soil dry out. those roots need air. After that, we can address the suitability of feeding, and with what. Fwiw. cn
