Damn, sounds like they took a page from Harper's Canadian attempt at limiting (in Harper's case Eliminating) growing your own meds. Fortunately for many here, the Supreme Court of Canada gave a favourable decision for patients, allowing the status quo for probably around a year while the expected government appeals get heard again. The challenge here was based on our constitution and affordability/access to meds. I've stayed under the radar and away from any government sponsored plans, when this new system was coming into place, Health Canada actually threatened to give our Mounties a list of grow operations if they didn't follow their destruction/confirmation process, a-holes, they're all a-holes and hypocrites, fuck'em all, I'll grow under the radar until it becomes fully legalized, get forced to (aka jailed), or kick it, whichever comes first...
