Lol same here, surprised me to see everyone saying bad results with it. Mine looks like it will yield about a half P in a 5g container, but still got a couple weeks to go. By far my largest, frostiest strain I have going outside right now.. Also the least problematic outdoors so far. Indoors the same cut is getting attacked by mites BADSuprises me, I've read a lot of good things about blue dream

Same here!!! Wish I would of started mine earlier in the year with more soil.My Blue Dream was the star of my show this year. It started off a little slow, but once the buds started growing I couldn't stop them. And they just kept growing. My BD was on steroids and I can't wait to grow more next year. Southern California for those wondering. Honestly, it's the only thing I want to grow anymore after watching this year's bodybuilder.
I am concerned about having a large quantity of quality weed. Everyone I know loves blue dream. I'll have a personal stash for sure. I love the smell/flavor/high. Here's a pic of mine...Just curious but why would you be so concerned about yield, I tend to concern myself with quality. I understand from a fiancial aspect but shouldn't all growers be more concerned about quality. Are we willing to move away from quality for the sake of a few extra $$? This the opposite of my growing philosophy. And by the way throughout NorCal Blue Dream is known as a "production" plant, decent yield but average quality. I don't know anyone that grows BD for personal stash.
wow really? i think you just got a bad blue dream clone... all of mine did outstanding didn't even get any russet mites or worms..Blue dream never again outdoors. Although the buds that did make it were awesome it's to prone to problems. I also had a tahoe og that is finally getting trimmed and looks great. No issues. No problems. But as for the BD never again outdoors.
I dont think its average quality at all.. its one of my favorite strainsJust curious but why would you be so concerned about yield, I tend to concern myself with quality. GB bet would do really well in sog set up,all colas, lolYeah that Tahoe is Excellent smoke tho, I would love to run it indoors.
I go for quality AND quantity.. I use a lot for medicine and I want something that will last me most of the year so I don't have to spend 250-300/oz with the dispensaries for quality medicine. Also i'm giving some of mine to a friend who is a cancer patient.. Blue Dream is one of my favorite daytime smokes. I don't consume it as much as CBD strains, but it is a great pain relief while still keeping me functional, plus it has a delicious taste to it as well & pretty colors. Fun plant to grow and great personal smoke! If you have dispensaries readily available who sell clones, it is pretty easy to find good quality AND good yield.. I will take good quality and yield over good quality and low yield any day. For those of us who have serious medical conditions, we need good strains/phenos like that, that provide both quality medicine and quantity as well. I simply can not afford what all the dispensaries want for quality medicine, so need mine to last. P.S. if you haven't seen any good quality blue dream, especially around Cali, then you aren't looking to hard.. B.D. is some of the best tasting smokes I have ever had. Sweet, sweet berries. Sugar coats my mouthJust curious but why would you be so concerned about yield, I tend to concern myself with quality. you can prove it easily imo if its GSC there should be a mix of purple and green, i hear its like blue dream. really easy to grow. All my plants were clones this year and the guy i bought them off of said they were all girl scout cookies. i have no way of actually proving that but if he was telling the truth i grew all the same strain.i started with 12 and had 4 go male and 1 herme. of the 7 plants left 1 plant just didnt do well. they all got the same treatment too. I did learn some new things this year like dont grow giant beastie bushes too close to each other lol heres a mid- harvest pic. check out the pic of part of the stalk. it's like kindling for the fireplace lol. Hubby is going to take a section of that trunk and make a pipe
Yea. Maybe a bad clone. But I had 2 from one disp and 2 from another. Too me all bad. Where did you grow yours?? Mine from San Jose. My tahoe og had 2 plants that got as much as 4 blue dreams. Lessend learned. Fewer plants bigger pots. And spray the Neighbors flowers plants with killer. Lol.wow really? i think you just got a bad blue dream clone... all of mine did outstanding didn't even get any russet mites or worms..
