Yes, perfectly. It's you who doesn't understand my answer.. Sure in Sauerkraut you have the oh so decedent vitamin c along with some vitamin b6, as well as the minerals iron and sodium. Fats, protein, and carbs of course but that's it. No fatty acids, no hormones, no phytogens, no lignins, no secondary metabolites, no lipids, yadayadayada.. These are produced by the cabbage itself and are lost when fermented to strip it down into its elemental form to make vitamins and minerals readily available. Or in this case, make it taste like sauerkraut..Do you Not understand the Sauerkraut reference?!? Okay, what about Beer and Wine?! Both are Healthy in small amounts and if you were to eat the Hops and Barkey separately you would Not have the same product.
