A friend of mine told me his wife turned him onto a method of making sure his plants were mostly female by watering them with crushed up birth control pills. He swears by it and says it has worked for him. I want to call BS but I thought I would ask here before I do. Has anyone heard of this before?

wow, sounds interesting, i guess it depends on whether or not u think the sex is determined in the seed or not. i kinda think it is, so i dont think this would help, but i have never tried, would love to hear anyones ideas as well though

Thats what I thought too.


Besides how would human hormones even effect a plant? I just don't see it happeing. I call BS.
