I've been noting that these black (blue in the blueberry kush) trich's also and indeed it just looks wrong! They are not dead trichnomes, those are carmel translucent. These are outright black and sometimes the head globule is even bumpy or warty looking. I'm curious if these are the "fingerprints" the GMO company's use on their patented strains out of Amsterdam. Monsanto has been playing with GMO cannabis for over 10 years and of course all are under patent. I've yet to find affirmation on my theory. I've yet to find these ugly trich's on natural strains. Google "Proposition 19, Terminator Cannabis" and be prepared to get your socks blown off. The info found there is mostly right on proven fact. Conspiracy? You betcha. Plain old profit protection through prohibition that is going on some 75 years now. Well oiled propaganda.
