Black Pearl from high grade seeds

Hey all,

I've been browsing around various sites, forums etc. Looking for a high yeilding powerful buzz strain to grow. I stumbled accross a few old threads on another forum about the Black Pearl from high grade seeds. They call it a "super strain". The thread I read said it yielded 160gr dried from the biggest plant in the bunch. I am not hoping for nearly as much since my growing space is limited. Apparently the smoke is awesome so quality is more important than quantity as I only plan to grow enough to sustain myself, my women and a few occasional friends.

So I am wondering if anyone has grown this strain before, or know about growing difficulty?

A quick search of this forum produced very little information, unless I missed something. I plan on growing 1-2 plants DWC scrog in a cab stealth grow. Scrog will help combat the high of these plants.

Any suggestions or info would be appreciated!

Yeah I have grown it before.
The smell and taste can be off putting. It smells alot like paint thinner or laquer or something, strongly.
It was very potent and had nice bag appeal. Yield was fair to good. I would be interested in a Black Pearl cross that diminished the paint thinner smell and taste some.

Yeah it was easy to work with, no issues at all.
