Due to Sandy I lost power for three days. My plants were in total darkness. I had autoflowers 5 weeks into grow. Should I chuck them and start new or let them grow?

Thanks for your help

until you see something you don't like, hermies i suppose, then there's no reason to dump them
not unless you're sure it's a waste of time/electric
in ny too but upstate, hope things get better down state

It really pays to have a back-up generator. If you live in a private residence (gas-powered generator isn't the kind of thing you can have running in your apartment), and live somewhere where you sort of expect there to be a certain number of outages each year.

there's already decent bud . So I don't think it will turn hermie on me. The only thing I see is they stretched a little bit and one branch got burned on the top when the light came on. A generator is definitely on my list. This is the longest outage we ever had here. But they're saying expect more of these storms in the future. Thanks guys I'llkeep them and see what happens. I only have aabout 5 weeks left
