Tours of old production buildings are so cool. I went to an old brewery here, and an old bourbon distillery in Louisville. And a cannery though I can't remember if that was in Wisconsin or Michigan. So awesome.Haven't opened the blueberry one yet.
Probably going to try that one on some broiled salmon.
Cranberry one needed a bit more mustardy flavor for sandwiches, flavor was very balanced.
I liked it a bit sharper with some Dijon added.
Place still uses the original grinding stones and machinery since 1900
It was such an unusual place, still ticking on. Everything runs off an overhead shaft, with drive pulleys, belts and gears.
