Wish I could tell you how much per lb they were I forgot. Some of those ribs did have quite a bit of meat for that cut. They turned out so good. I was burping rib meat taste the next morning.
If you guys don’t have a pellet grill yet you should look into one. They are bad ass. I’m prob still gonna get another grill for grilling though.

I believe it's gravy. But I also think there are a lot of variations of poutine. But, French fries and syrup..... I could have my arm twisted to try that. Hahaha

The hub loves their seasoned roast beef for sandwiches and it's not in too gigantic proportions either. I haven't found Costco's meat to be cheap but, to me, its' value matched its' price.too bad they don’t have polish dogs anymore.
they do have a roast beef sandwich now thats aight
