I was just thinking I have had maybe a total of 15 days this winter where anything heavier than a lined hoodie was required. My winter coat didn't get a lot of love this year.

My first Spring here we got 2 feet on april 15. Melted in 3 days.
This year lilacs are budding as of yesterday. They won't be flowering this year, it's inevitable they get zapped by night time temps.

Snow to rain here then back to snow tonight. Not a huge storm by any means...but it's >moisture<. Still hopeful. Lots of "Winter" left...supposedly.

I had a tray of plants I never got into the ground last spring and in November or December I walked outside and they had all sprouted again and took off. So, instead of tossing the tray, I kept it out there all "winter" or whatever the last couple of months have been. We will see what they do come springtime. Lol
