It's marginal. I didn't get out the official stick!I’d call it 1 3/4. Because at 2” and over I shovel.

To make it even more confusing, we spell it Metremeter stick?
You'd absolutely love it here. No streetlights...all trees...dark AF when there's no moon. Our property is split in half by a creek. House on one side... scary darkness on the other. It really got to me when we first moved here. Never went out there w/o a flashlight. Finally got sick of that feeling one night and just stood there and accepted it/made peace with it...because in all reality...I'd have a hard time making my way through the woods in the dark and I know the woods...so there's nobody else gonna be doing it. You'd hear em scream as they poked their eye out on a stick or tripped and fell 10 ft into the creek... Heehee. Take that...sucker. The mountain wins again...Is America Afraid of the Dark?
We conducted a survey of over 2000 people to find out if people are afraid of the dark as adults and what about it makes them so uneasy. Check out what we uncovered!www.e-conolight.com
I'm one of them. I blame my sister. In the house we grew up in the light switch for the basement was in the kitchen. When I would go down there she would close the door and turn off the light. Kids are mean.
I hid from my kids for years. Then we got pulled over in Utah one night on the way to Cali and I spent 1.5 hours roadside with the clowns from the Utah State Sheriff's Dept. explaining to them what a MMJ card was and trying to keep from getting tossed in jail. 2 tickets, a lost 1/2 ounce or so and $1000 later I was actually able to get back in the car and GTFO of there. I instantly got the "what just happened?" from my kids...so instead of BS'in em I passed my MMJ card back to my oldest (RIP son, I miss you) who was 17 at the time and he looked at it and said "Fuck yeah..." LOL. Yup...same tree. My youngest was equally enthralled.Am I evil? I discovered if I sit in the garage/fortress of solitude with the lights off my grandson is too scared of the dark to come out there.
So I sit in the dark smoking a joint in solitude hiding from my grandson.
Cubits is where the smart money is.To make it even more confusing, we spell it Metre
I don't really like being home alone at night when shit starts getting creaky.Every now and then after a scary movie I'll be afraid of the dark, but not usually. I like to be a little creature most of the time
I grew up in the boonies. Not as isolated as you are, I could see my neighbors yards and houses, but you felt like you were alone. You'd absolutely love it here.
