Of course a nakiri is the one thing I would love to have. Not sure if it would fit in my knife block.During my pathophysiology rotation at the coroner's office we used Forschner knives. I highly recommend them. I also love my high carbon steel Sabatier knife. But overall I'd go with Forschner. They are not Japanese knife sexy but great utility knives at a perfect price point.
