Go full on caveman ... put a small piece right in the pipe and keep hitting it with the lighter. Eventually it does dry out and burn like normal.
Won't bullshit ya ... wet in the pipe is not the best tasting smoke. But it's only to test the buzz so you can tolerate it
Or try some of the other suggestions. Who knows ... maybe some bud on your Roger's/Express Vu box will also bring a Maple Leafs or Blue Jays victory today.
