On the bright side, the Malawi will probably get me out of having to go anywhere on Black Friday, I’m not sure which is worse trim jail or shopping during that madness. At least in trim jail I know I’m going to get to enjoy my efforts at some point.

It's really pretty cool. We have multiple sportsball fields, a splash pad, skate park, playground, bicycle pump track, dog park, hiking trail, walking archery trail, regular archery range and a remote control airplane field. The assholes that live here kept voting it down but we got federal financing so niener niener niener.

It rained for 9 straight hours yesterday without a break, crazy. Animals were beginning to line up 2 by 2. High of 45f. Had to turn on the heat for the first time this year. That's always a strange smell for a while. It's going back into the 70s soon, so gonna get this harvest done so I can ride my bike then.

I have walked those same type of basement stairs in our old Kleinburg house of many years ago. Even at normal speed, every stair just creaked slowly to add to the spooky effects.

We decided to forego autumn this year. We get 2 days in the 70's then right back into the 90's. It's actually really nice, 90 with RH of 10 feels pretty pleasant. Most of the day it's in the 80's. If you didn't get enough summer first time around, come on down!

It's gonna be a cold moist bitch this weekend. Where's my long johns?

In my childhood home the basement lightswitch was in the kitchen. My sister used to turn it off when I was down there and hold the door closed.

Come to think of it, I'm not even sure why I still talk to her.
