Same, little white things coming down, scared the crap outta me!
Monday is officially ruined.

What? Snow already. That sucks! They posted a job back in Concord NH and travel work to Nashua and other NH towns. The pay was actually good but never again. Driving in the winter with that traffic and snow and limited housing . They need to pay a lot more than good. lol

Finally some cooler weather heading our way! High is supposed to be 69 on Tuesday then a slew of 70 degree days.
I finished chopping 3 plants. The lower buds from Jungle cake x wedding tree, Gelato 41 and Unicorn poop are hanging in the closet. The whole house reeks of marijuana. Mrs Laddy is NOT happy.
I still have Jealousy and the outside experimental plant which is now in the main tent to finish. The 8 seedlings are back in the garage under 18 -6 lighting. Looking forward to the next go round, got some mutants growing. Pictures on Wednesday.

Had the same kinda Monday here too. One of the shop trucks had a flat tire, wood processor alternator went bad, a conveyor chain started skipping, fuel tank strap broke on the truck that had a flat and a lug had to be torched out. Salt is on the roads so my one jeep is off the road unless it's deep snow.

Smoke break :blsmoke:

In 2012 I was hired at a pumpkin patch in Beverly Hills, to carve pumpkins for one week. I must have carved at least 80 pumpkins.
Every year after that, everyone asks how I got so good at carving pumpkins. LolScreenshot_20241028-142206.pngScreenshot_20241028-142335.png

Has anyone used Diatomaceous earth in their potting mix, to kill or prevent fungus gnats?

I will be using it for the first time tomorrow. Im seeing a few gnats on and off. They seem to die off when I let the soil dry out, and then come back after I water the plants.
I didn't have this issue when I was cropping in my 20x20 grow room because I was spraying neem once a week on vegging plants.

I dont really want to start spraying neem oil in my 2x2 tent. I also dont want to shuffle plants in and out every time they get sprayed down.

Any thoughts or ideas?
That's some cool stuff :blsmoke:
Thanks. Its a skill I get to show off once a year. Lol

Drove into the city today to pick up some coke from my sister's boyfriend, and to sell a couple ounces of my dank. This cocaine is fish scale fire! Not stepped on at all. Got the family price 14 grams for $500, that'll carry me through the holidays. Early xmas present for me, the kind of snow I can appreciate ;)

I tried Diam. earth, didn't work. What worked for me was 1/8 screened garden pumice. Once I started putting a good layer of that I never had gnats again. That and I only use Pro-mix now.
