Worked a little extra yesterday so I can take the rest of the week off. My wife and kids did a lot of prep yesterday.....I can't wait!

Good morning, Happy Thanksgiving. It’s cool, grey and foggy here, but supposed to get in mid 50s later, should be a nice day to eat too much and sleep on the couch.

Good morning ya'll. Happy Thanksgiving! My favorite holiday. Food, drink and camaraderie, we should have more feast holidays.
Simple menu today, turkey breast, green beans, cranberry sauce, mashed taters, cornbread dressing and homemade gravy. For desert, blueberry pie a la mode and IBC root beer floats. Stuffed jalapenos, deviled eggs and assorted olives to munch on while we watch sportsball on the big screen.
For the adult refreshments, a nice Chardonnay and pot brownies, joints will be served on the patio.
Supposed to be 72 and sunny here in the old pueblo.

Stuffing is ready for cooking, there's 7 different types of bread in there.
Mushrooms and green onions are garnish, most were sauteed with unsalted butter, wine, garlic, apple to mush and mixed in with fresh thyme..
Made an an extra for my son to take. He's getting a whole turkey breast, stuffing, a nipple pie, pint gravy, oz. pot, 2 lbs coffee, 12 pack etc. to take home for leftovers.
