Water, sugar and turbo yeast will produce between 15% & 22% ABV in two weeks. Distill, filter through activated charcoal, dilute, then add toasted white oak cubes. Place by heat register for two weeks, shaking daily. Pour, share and enjoy.

Morning everyone.....hope all is good in your world....
well woke up today with a nice chill in the air, 52F this morning and a light mist, Texas fall, high today 64F, and tonight and or tomorrow front is gonna push through, looks like rain for a couple of day and we are not getting out of the 50's this weekend, glad i got plenty of spirits, smoke, and firewood.
anywho taco's are done, bacon, egg and bean today warm up on the coffee and back to paperwork.....ugh
#9 strikes again last night........so that's #9 (5) humans (0)......i warned him...

Yeah it's not that bad at all. But be careful because once it gets packed it's very slippery. Backroads where probably pretty slick because of that.

We had a tiny 1.9 earthquake in the county next to us last week. I slept right thru it. The 5.6 we had a few years back was the first time I'd ever been around one. That shook the house so hard I thought a tree had fallen on it. Y'all can keep those big quakes out there in CA, we're all good here lol.
I'd ask you to come do mine, but I did it last weekend.
