Manager told us she's working half day Friday this week, half day Friday next week for payroll, and off to the Caribbean after that.
She said don't bother her again till second week of January, basically.

My mom is coming for Christmas this year. And she wants to cook dinner!
I have no clue what I'm getting this year. I usually know everything that I'm getting, but this year I wanted to be surprised.

Sooo…..what’s for Christmas dinner?
I ordered a free range turkey that I pick up on Tuesday. 15-17lbs lol. We're going to be eating leftovers until New Years Day. I'm mostly excited about not having to travel to Ottawa lol.

Dinner this year with my Family will be whole beef tenderloin instead of turkey. Nice to switch it up every so often.
I actually asked for rolling plant stands - lol. My aching back will appreciate them I think. Other than that, it’s about the kids and experiencing the holiday through them.
That sounds awesome, less work and cleanup too, do you have any guests coming? We do a prime rib roast for NYD. it's always on sale around the holidays.

We do dinner at my Sisters place in Burlington. It’ll be my Mum, Sister, her Husband, my nephews (both grown University students) and my gaggle of three.
We are house & dog sitting for my Wife’s Sister over in mid town (Bathurst & Eg) during the holiday. They have two dogs, we have one. It’s too chaotic to bring three dogs to my Sisters, plus one of them is old and has a bum leg, so my Wife is gonna hang back and we’ll bring her leftovers. Hence it’ll be me and the boys road trippin’ to Burlington for a beefy dinner
I hope you have plans for turkey soup also. So many meals can be made out of a whole turkey!

Well it's an hour and a half drive to Peoria to the diabetic doctor for the wife today so you all be good don't do anything I wouldn't do and if you do name it after me 
They will never knowI told my friend I would wait until they could come over before I tried the new batch of hash, but they are also out of town for like a month.
Is it unreasonable to gift myself some hash for early christmas? Lol
